Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the bread in half lengthwise and place each cut side up on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, yellow onion, green onion, salt, pepper, and paprika until smooth.
- Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture over the cut sides of both bread halves.
- Toss the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce in a separate bowl until fully coated.
- Distribute the buffalo chicken evenly over the prepared bread halves.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella evenly over the chicken on both bread halves.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the pizza is heated through.
- Remove from the oven, drizzle with extra buffalo sauce and ranch (or blue cheese) dressing, and garnish with additional green onions if desired. Slice and serve.
