Buffalo Chicken French Bread Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf Ciabatta or French Bread halved lengthwise
  • 3 cups Cooked Chicken shredded
  • ½ cup Buffalo Sauce medium or hot
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese softened at room temperature
  • cup Ranch Dressing or Blue Cheese Dressing creamy
  • ¼ cup Yellow Onion finely diced
  • ¼ cup Green Onion thinly sliced
  • ½ teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika smoked or sweet
  • ¾ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese sharp
  • ¾ cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese low-moisture

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the bread in half lengthwise and place each cut side up on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, yellow onion, green onion, salt, pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  4. Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture over the cut sides of both bread halves.
  5. Toss the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce in a separate bowl until fully coated.
  6. Distribute the buffalo chicken evenly over the prepared bread halves.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella evenly over the chicken on both bread halves.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the pizza is heated through.
  9. Remove from the oven, drizzle with extra buffalo sauce and ranch (or blue cheese) dressing, and garnish with additional green onions if desired. Slice and serve.

Notes
