buttermilk pie

This classic Southern buttermilk pie is sweet, tangy, and incredibly creamy with a silky custard center and golden top. Made with simple ingredients and one mixing bowl, it’s budget-friendly, foolproof, and even better the next day as the flavors deepen. Lucas calls it “cheesecake meets custard,” and it’s perfect for holidays, potlucks, and family gatherings.
