  • 1tbsp Honey or maple syrup Sweetener - Optional for extra sweetness. Adjust according to taste.
  • 1tbsp Lemon juice Lemon - Adds brightness and prevents color fading.

Equipment

  • 1 Juicer (A high-powered juicer is best for smooth juice, but a standard blender works too if you strain it afterward. )
  • 1 Blender (for blender method) (Use for blending the carrots, then strain the pulp for a smoother juice.
  • 1 Fine mesh strainer (Necessary for straining the juice after blending if you’re using a blender. )
  • 1 Cutting Board (For chopping the carrots before juicing. )
  • 1 Knife (To chop carrots into manageable pieces for juicing. )

Method
