  • 1 cup Sour cream -Adds creaminess to the sauce.
  • 1 cup Chicken broth -For thinning the sauce to desired consistency.
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese -Mixed into the sauce and for topping.
  • 1 10 oz Diced tomatoes with green chilesRotel -Mild for less spice, adds flavor.
  • 1 - Onion Diced -for flavor.
  • 2 cloves Garlic -Minced for flavor.
  • 1 - Bell pepper -Diced optional but adds flavor.
  • To taste Salt and pepper -For seasoning.
