Chocolate Shell

Method
 

  1. Melt both types of chocolate with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir every 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate into each cupcake liner. Use the back of the spoon to coat the sides.
  3. Freeze for 10 minutes until firm.
  4. Melt butter in the microwave, then mix in peanut butter until smooth.
  5. Stir in powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt until fully combined.
