  • 2 large eggs Eggs -
  • 1 ½ cups Granulated sugar -
  • ½ cup Unsalted butter -Softened
  • Zest of 2 Fresh oranges -
  • ½ cup Fresh orange juice -
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder -
  • ½ teaspoon Baking soda -
  • ½ teaspoon Salt -
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract -
  • ½ cup Sour cream - or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar -For the glaze
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh orange juice -For the glaze
  • Zest of 1 Fresh orange -For the glaze
  • Optional Crystallized ginger -Chopped if using
  • Optional Chopped pecans -or walnuts
  • Optional White chocolate chips -
  • Optional Extra cranberries -For topping if desired

  • 1 9-inch round pan or 9x13 pan (Grease and flour the pan before use. )
  • 1 Mixing Bowls (For dry and wet ingredients.)
  • 1 Whisk or electric mixer (To cream butter and sugar.)

  • 1 Microplane or zester (For zesting the oranges.)

Method
