  • 1 tablespoon White vinegar -Or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice -Adds brightness
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar -Adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Salt -More to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper -Freshly ground
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic powder -Optional
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh dill -Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Chives -For garnish

Method
 

  1. Slice cucumbers into thin rounds and onions into fine rings. Pat dry with paper towels to remove moisture.
