Coating

  • 2 tablespoon Avocado oil - Or olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder -
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika or smoked paprika -
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper -
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt - added after baking

Method
 

  1. Peel sweet potatoes and cut into ¼-inch thick fries.
  2. Place cut fries in cold water and soak for at least 30 minutes.
