Ingredients
  

For the Fruit Mix
  • 1 cup Strawberries -Hulled and quartered
  • 1 cup Blueberries - Fresh preferred
  • 1 cup Green grapes -Halved lengthwise
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks -Bite-sized pieces
Kiwi Peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Mandarin orange segments -Canned or fresh
  • 1 Red apple -Diced skin on
  • 1 Banana -Sliced dded last
For the Honey Lime Dressing
  • ¼ cup Fresh lime juice -About 2–3 limes
  • 3 tablespoon Honey -Orange blossom honey recommended
  • 1 teaspoon Lime zest -Optional for stronger flavor
  • 1 pinch Salt Balances sweetness -
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract -Optional; rounds out flavor
Optional Add-Ins
  • ½ cup Raspberries - Delicate—add last
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh mint - Finely chopped
  • ½ cup Mango chunks -For tropical twist
  • ½ cup Watermelon cubes - Adds color and juice
  • ¼ cup Pomegranate seeds - For crunch and tartness

Equipment

  • 1 Large mixing bowl (To toss fruit together )

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry all fruit. Slice strawberries, halve grapes, cube pineapple and apple, peel and slice kiwi.
  2. Whisk lime juice, honey, zest, vanilla (optional), and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  3. bowl, add all cut fruit except banana. Toss gently to mix.
