Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground beef -Lean preferred
  • 6 strips Bacon -Cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese - Or mixed cheese blend
  • ½ cup Yellow onion -Finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powderc -
  • ½ teaspoon Salt -Adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper -
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce -Adds depth of flavor
  • 12 Egg roll wrappers -Or crescent roll dough
  • 2 tablespoon Water -For sealing edges
  • 4 tablespoon Butter -Melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic -Minced for garlic butter
  • 1 teaspoon Dried parsley -
  • 1 pinch Salt - For garlic butter

Equipment

  • 1 Large Skillet (For browning beef and cooking bacon)
  • 1 Baking Sheet (Line with parchment paper for baking)
  • 1 Small bowl (For melting and mixing garlic butter )
  • 1 Pastry Brush (To brush on garlic butter before/after baking)
  • 1 Sharp Knife (To chop bacon and trim wrappers)

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef with onion, garlic powder, and bacon; season and drain before cooling.
  2. Melt butter and stir in minced garlic, parsley, and salt for brushing later.
  3. Place beef mixture, chopped bacon, and cheese in center of wrapper and fold neatly.
  4. Roll up firmly, sealing edges with water, and place seam-side down on sheet.
  5. Brush with garlic butter, bake until golden, and brush again right after baking.
