Sprite
  • 2 liters Lemon-lime soda - Sprite 7UP, or similar
  • 64 oz Pineapple juice -Chilled
  • ½ gallon Lime sherbet - Frozen & very firm
  • 2–3 drops Green food coloring -Optional for brighter color
  • Red Sugar Rim -
  • ¼ cup Light corn syrup - For rimming
  • ½ cup Red sanding sugar - Festive look
Optional Garnishes
  • 12 pieces Maraschino cherries - “Grinch heart grew 3 sizes” effect
  • 1 whole Lime - Sliced
  • Candy canes - Fun holiday stirrers
  • Green gummy worms - Kids love them

Equipment

  • 1 Large punch bowl (Holds 1–2 gallons)
  • 1 Large punch bowl (For sherbet scoops)
  • 1 Ladle (For serving)
  • 1 Shallow plates (For sugar rim)
  • 1 Pitcher (optional) (For premixing juices)
  • 1 Glasses (Rim with red sanding sugar)

Method
 

  1. Pour corn syrup into a shallow dish.

  2. Spread red sanding sugar onto a separate plate.
  3. Dip the rim of each glass into corn syrup.
  4. Press glass rim into red sanding sugar.
  5. Let glasses dry for 5 minutes.
