  • 2 oz Limoncello - Italian lemon liqueur
  • 1 oz Lavender syrup - Homemade or store-bought
  • 3 oz Prosecco - Chilled
  • 2 oz Club soda or sparkling water - For fizz
  • Ice cubes - To fill the glass
  • 1 slice Lemon - For garnish
  • 1 sprig - Fresh lavender Optional garnish
  • 1 cup Water - Base for syrup
  • 1 cup Sugar - Sweetener
  • 2 tablespoon Dried lavender buds - Food-grade lavender only
  • 1 strip Lemon peel - Adds citrus aroma

Equipment

  • 1 Small Saucepan (For making lavender syrup)
  • 1 Fine mesh strainer (To remove lavender buds))
  • 1 Jigger or measuring cup (To remove lavender buds)
  • 1 Tall glass or champagne flute (For serving)
  • 1 Bar spoon (For stirring gently)

Method

  2. Strain and Cool: Pour syrup through a fine mesh strainer to remove lavender and lemon peel. Let it cool completely before using.
  3. Build Your Spritz: Fill a tall glass with ice. Add limoncello and lavender syrup. Stir gently to mix.
  4. Add Bubbles: Slowly pour in prosecco, then top with club soda or sparkling water for fizz. Stir once more gently to combine.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Add lemon slice and lavender sprig. Twist lemon peel over the glass for aromatic oils before dropping it in. Serve immediately and enjoy!
