Method
 

  1. Pound chicken breasts evenly, season with salt and pepper, and dredge lightly in flour. Shake off excess.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds, add sun-dried tomatoes, pour in chicken broth, and scrape up browned bits.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, parmesan, and seasonings. Let it simmer to thicken slightly.
