  • 1 - 13.5 oz Coconut cream - Whisk until smooth
  • 1 cup Cream of coconut -For sweetness and texture
  • ½ cup Heavy cream - Adds richness
Fizzy Part
  • 3 cups Sprite or lemon-lime soda - Add right before serving
  • 3 cups Ginger ale -Optional substitute
Optional Alcohol
  • 1 cup White rum - Classic choice
  • ½ cup Malibu coconut rum - Adds coconut flavor
For Garnish
  • 1 cup Fresh pineapple chunks - Float on top
  • ½ cup Maraschino cherries -Adds color
  • ¼ cup Sweetened coconut flakes -For glass rims
  • Lime wedges - For garnish

Method
