Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds Russet or Yukon Gold potatoes -Chopped into 1-inch chunks
  • 6 large Eggs - Hard-boiled and peeled
  • 2 stalks Celery - Diced into small pieces
  • ½ cup Red onion -Minced
  • ½ cup Dill pickles - Chopped into small pieces
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise - Base for the creamy dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Yellow mustard - Adds tang to the dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar - For a bit of acidity
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar - -Adds slight sweetness
  • ½ teaspoon Salt -Season to taste

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill Optional - for extra flavor
  • ½ cup Chopped bacon -Optional for a smoky taste
