Ingredients
  

  • 1 package 36 cookies Oreo cookies - Regular or Double Stuf
  • 6 tablespoon Unsalted butter melted - Mixes with crumbs
  • 1 pinch Salt -Enhances flavor
  • 16 oz Cream cheese - softened Full-fat or light
  • ¾ cup Powdered sugar - Sweetens the filling
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract -Adds aroma
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa powde - Classic red velvet tuch
  • 1–2 tsp Red food coloring - Adjust for color
  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream - Whipped to stiff peaks
  • 1 tablespoon Sour cream - Adds tang optional but amazing
  • 2 cups Whipped topping - Cool Whip or homemade
  • 6 cookies Oreos crushed - For garnish
  • 2 tablespoon Red velvet cake crumbs -Optional decorative
  • 1 tablespoon Chocolate shavings - Optional fancy finish

Equipment

  • 1 9x13 glass baking dish (Lets you see the layers )
  • 1 Electric mixer (Hand or stand mixer)
  • 1 Mixing Bowls (One for crust, one for filling)
  • 1 Rubber spatula (For folding whipped cream )
  • 1 Zip-top gallon bag (For crushing Oreos)

Method
 

  1. in a zip-top bag and crush into fine crumbs with a rolling pin.
  2. with melted butter and pinch of salt until texture resembles wet sand.
  3. firmly into a 9x13 dish; chill while preparing filling.
  4. cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  5. cocoa powder, and food coloring; beat until evenly red.
