  • 1 ½ teaspoon Fine sea salt -
  • 2 tablespoon Unsalted butter - Melted for brushing
  • ¼ cup Baking soda -For the water bath
  • 6 cups cups Water -For the baking soda bath
  • Optional tbsp Everything bagel seasoning - For sprinkling on top
  • Optional tbsp Coarse pretzel salt - For topping
