  • 4 cups Fresh strawberries - Hulled and chopped
  • 1 pinch Sea salt - For maceration
  • 2 cups Cold filtered water -To blend with berries
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice - To brighten flavor and prevent oxidation
  • 1-2 tablespoon Natural sweetener - optional Honey, maple syrup, or agave nectar

Method

  2. Pour blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove pulp and seeds.
