Top Tip

  • First time making this I threw frozen shrimp scampi pasta bake straight into the pan. Released so much water the whole thing turned into watery soup instead of creamy pasta. Now I thaw shrimp in cold water for 15 minutes, then pat them completely dry with paper towels.
